Stress plays a role in helping us survive, but unchecked stress may lead to weight gain and health problems. Knowing how to recognize the level of stress and it’s impact on your life and health is the first step this workshop will address. Next we will investigate a variety of techniques to deal with stress and minimize it’s negative impact on health.
